Marijuana has been recognized by the state of Ohio as having medicinal value. So how will they implement the new law allowing marijuana to be sold the those who need it medically.
Currently Ohio is setting up a panel of 14 people and taking public input through November 15, 2016. According to Ohio News 4 the cultivation of marijuana will be limited to an area about the size of 4 football fields.
This brings the total of states with legal marijuana for medicinal purposes to 28. Texas is still not one and continues to fall further behind.
